One of my favorite website’s for resources by the name of ‘Smashing Magazine’ has posted an article on Creative User Interfaces in Modern Web Design.
One website that caught my attention and that I thought was clever was GoDesignate. GoDesignate is a simple website kind of taking an 8-ball approach. Say for example if you have ‘too many chef’s in the kitchen’. GoDesignate allows you to put all of your ideas in a hat so to speak–and it randomly chooses one.
Dan Griffiths, Managing Director, of GoDesignate has said one of the most popular questions is
Should I leave my husband?
Overall, this is a great concept. I love the design and functionality. I could see myself using this in a Desktop Environment via Adobe AIR.
